3. Michigan Stadium (America)

Gotting the nickname as “The Big House” with the large capacity of 107.601 seats, Michigan stadium is the third biggest stadium and is also the home pitch of the American football team “The Wolverines”, belonging to Michigan university. 

The stadium was constructed in 1927 with the main purpose of hosting tournaments of The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). It is obvious that this biggest American stadium is also the revenue which many international football matches have taken part in during summers.

This “giant” stadium has been chosen to host a lot of International Champions Cup seasons and welcome many top-ranked football teams and clubs around the world. 4. Salt Lake Stadium (Kolkata, India)

Being constructed in 1984, Salt Lake stadium features the preliminary capacity of up to 120.000 people, which makes it become the largest stadium in India and the second one in the world. In 1997, more than 137.000 people had rushed to the pitch to spectate the final of the India Super League between Mohun Bagan and South Bengal.
